So if you vaguely know me enough (by that I mean very well) you’ll know that I managed to convince one of my colleagues and fellow chaotic friends to spin up a FreePBX instance.
…on his Unraid server.
I can’t remember exactly when I’d brought it up, but at one point I’d mentioned that it’s possible that FreePBX just needed its own interface.
I was just informed tonight that that did the trick.
Was I surprised? Not exactly. Was it funny? Somehow, yes.
So if you’re ever trying to use FreePBX on Unraid, be sure to give its Docker container its own network interface.
Edit, just a few minutes later: I’ve been informed that it actually needed a bridged interface.
